The main function of the system is to achieve the network with B / S structure property information publishing and management, including management group, since the company management, community management, charge management, property management, property management fees, property management, complaints management, visitor management, bulletin management, case management and administrator management twelve big business function module, can fully meet the property information management platform service needs.This system with SQL Server2000 and Java as the development platform, using B / S architecture, to guarantee the system safety and practicality. The system is based on the J2EE technology, MVC framework, Struts, Hibernate, SQL Server 2000 database as a background.
