After combining Internet technology with traditional education field, the web-based distance education application, more and more distance education platform is widely used. And exist in the process of application, the function of repeated development, construction and maintenance cost is high, and the cloud service technology could solve this problem well.In view of the traditional network teaching platform, the audience range is limited, unable to make full use of resources, data sharing and complex, development of operational cost is high, presents the online education platform based on cloud services building, the introduction of the concept of "software as a service", the online education platform of common functions encapsulated in the software component services, using a service oriented architecture system development model, building the online education platform. In the platform design and development process, the online education platform based on cloud services need to provide service for different rent object, mainly studies the multi-tenant data isolation technology, to ensure that the platform can according to the requirements of different tenants, provide the corresponding software services, at the same time, studied the role based access control system configuration technology, the online education platform can be applied according to the tenant’s demand changes, the services provided by the flexible configuration; According to the present online education teaching resources on the Internet repeat storage, which brings the problems such as data storage space waste, adopt the method of constructing teaching resources management component, to the similar resources to merge, and the reasonable backup, is able to regulate the use of teaching resources, also can provide service for different users; In view of the present teachers and students usually by a third party communication software to realize communication between answering questions, there is a content management inconvenience, student grouping, complex operation and so on, to build communication software based on cloud services, realize automatic grouping of students, as well as send broadcast information, improve the efficiency of communication; According to the need of online education platform for students to test function, based on the unified question bank system, adopt scientific problem set strategy, make the system can test demand of the users, automatic generation of examination questions, improve the efficiency of the examination; For network teaching platform for learning assignments in the layout, complete, examination and approval and feedback process, there is no a set of standard process specification, build the job processing function module based on cloud services, introduces the relevant technology of workflow, implements the automatic integration of the job processing process.Thesis first studied the current research status of online education platform, the main problems are analyzed. Then from the perspective of user requirements, building the online education platform framework of service-oriented architecture(SOA), mainly based on cloud services, for different users to improve basic education online software services. Based on platform framework and detailed design its main function, and use of programming language implementation, finally tested the function of the platform.Service-oriented architecture(SOA) compared with the traditional platform, online education platform has the teaching resource allocation more reasonable, application software and hardware resources more fully, for the user to school, to develop low maintenance costs more advantages, can effectively improve the efficiency of school teaching, has good practical significance; For multi-tenant data distribution on cloud computing platform isolation algorithm research, has certain theoretical research value.
