The arrival of the era of electronic media, with the sensory impact of visual media, has superseded people's accepted mode of transmission of information and really taken up the banner of popular culture. Television, in reshaping the parameters of the world's mainstream, has also begun to redefine the relationship between intellectuals and the media. With many new mechanisms and symptoms, it is obvious that from the television era, intellectuals and the mass media have entered a new period of cooperation.Through the"Lecture Room"analysis of the typical production model, we studied the effects produced by the TV system changes and by cultural transmission of knowledge production rules, and the mechanism acting on television intellectuals. This study, with the"Lecture Room"as a live example, enables us to examine how the role of intellectuals has changed in the television era. But also in recent years, the"TV intellectuals"lively discussions, demonstrates the need to resist the influence of the media mechanism on cultural transmission and preserve the independent-minded thinking of intellectuals.
