| Information ecology is a new field of study overlapped by information science and ecology, a product reviewing information environment from the viewpoint of ecology and systematic, emphasizes the interaction between human and information environment, which research object is the information ecosystem, aim to realize the balance of the information ecosystem, promotes human,information environment and sustainable development of human society. With the rapid development and application of internet, the network environment becomes the important humans' information space.As a tool, the information dissemination and information resources on the network are growing with the fastest speed in the world. At the same time, it brings a series of problems, such as the quantity and structural imbalances of information. From the angle of information ecology, the paper combining the domestic and foreign relevant research results of the building, summarizing the building of network information resources, aiming to solve the existing problems.At first, this paper reviews and analysis the research status qua and result of information ecology at home and abroad. Reveals the connotation of information ecology from the definition, characteristics of information ecology, discusses the information ecology research objective, emphasizes the information ecology research benefit information resources sustainable utilization on and ecological environment harmonious development. Then reveals the connotation of network information resources building from three aspects, which including network information resources management, building structure and evaluation index. Later, this paper expounds the relations between the information man and information environment factors, and then builds to a network information ecosystem model. On the basis, studies the influence of network information resource building aroused by network information man and environment. Finally, in view of the existing problems of network information resources building in China, combined with the two models of the network information ecosystem and network information resources building, puts forward the building proposals from the information man and network environment.This paper adopts literature study, analogy analysis and interdisciplinary analysis methods. Innovation lies in the following aspects, from the angle of information ecology, constructing the network information ecosystem model, systematically explains the network information resources building, and puts forward the model and concrete implementation steps of information resources building based on the information ecology. Because the building of network information resources from the angle of information ecology is still at the first stage at present, lacking enough dereferences, the author regrets that further research remains to be made. Though some views of this thesis might not be mature enough, such as the network information resources evaluation system and the building of network information resource based on the information ecology model and steps might not be perfect, the author aims at giving researchers insight into the evaluation of the network information resources building, and contributing her own pare. |
