A Harmonious Network Information Ecosystem Construction Strategy Research

As the continuous development of internet technology, network informationecological imbalance growing, already affect the information efficiency, reducing thequality of work and hindering the process of social progress. Information activities andinformation demands decides that information subject have certain ability to control thissystem, and find the disorder and imbalance in the system and external environment, aswell as take positive and effective action to eliminate it, so as to maintain the balance ofthe system. This article is based on the information subject, puts forward specific solutionsand suggestions, so as to build a harmonious network information ecosystem.Domestic and foreign research situation about network information ecologicalimbalances is in the stage of a hundred flowers in bloom. Based on the differentviewpoints, research has achieved a lot, but some fields of this research are still notinvolved. Based on the angel of information subject, this paper elaborates the imbalancecaused by information main body systematically, and put forwards the way to solve theseproblems by information main body. In fact, as the natural, the network society existssocial imbalances too. Such as information pollution, information overload, aggression,and network imbalance caused the problems as information syndrome, information trek,and the reducing of the information utility, and the impacts on traditional culture andsocial ethics, etc. Network information ecological unbalance is essentially caused byinformation main body inappropriate behavior. Like Information producers, informationtransmission, and information users, any information subject’s information activity in theinformation system can affect the entire operation of information zoology circle.Harmonious network information ecosystem has some basic characteristics, such asproper opposition of the subject, system opened and controlled, the function in the innerand outer intact. Building a harmonious ecological system plays an important role ofnetwork information, such as governance and improve the network ecologicalenvironment; making information subject to obtain information resources more faster andeffectively; improving the using efficiency of information resources and saving social cost;At last,to relieve the contradictions of social information, realizing the social value ofinformation added value.This article puts forward some measures about how to build a harmonious networkinformation ecosystem from the information producers, the information transmission, andthe information users respectively. However, it is lack of the depth of research, and still need to be further improved.
