Adopting new technology, new devices in terms of product development, not only can improve system performance but also more can satisfy user's new demand. This topic is based on the needs of this, gives a brand-new development of temperature monitoring and recording alarm system of refrigerator. In signal acquisition, alarm and display, and other functions are better than similar products on the market at present in technical innovation.The paper gives a detailed description on the research and designation of temperature monitoring and recording alarm system of refrigerator from five points as follows:Firstly, the background and meaning of the temperature monitoring and recording alarm system and the situation of current study at home and abroad are introduced. Describe in detail for the main research tasks and goals of the temperature monitoring and recording alarm system.Secondly, it introduced a design of LCD monitor with touch-screen which based on stateflow, and used automatic code generation tool-RTW generating control codes and made codes integration. The change of the background image and the data of display, select and modify are achieved.Third, the hardware circuit and monitoring software design are described. Using the Renesas'sμPD78F0495 microcontroller as the core control component to develop the design of hardware and software. Human-computer interaction interface used the LCD monitor with touch-screen. On the basis of the hardware circuit, design of monitoring software realized the real-time monitoring of refrigerator. Through the LCD monitor with touch-screen operators can view real-time temperature, modify the parameter of alarm and control GSM communication on or off by using LCD monitor with touch-screen.Fourth, the function of the whole system was tested. It included basic hardware tests of system, touch operation tests of LCD monitor with touch-screen, command tests with PC and GSM alarm test.Finally, the innovations of this project are summarized. The improvement of follow-up work of it is requested.
