Research And Design Based On Intelligent Slaver Of Profibus-DP Fieldbus

FieldBus is a kind of technology that is used in manufacture locale, this technology carries out bidirectional ,serial ,mutinode digit communication between local equipments, between local equipment and control equipment. FieldBus is one of the automation development hot. Among all existing Fieldbus standards, PROFIBUS is more popular. At present, PROFIBUS widely applies in manufacture, process control and floor automation, it is one of the most mature FieldBus technology in the world. The applications and researches on Profibus DP in our country are mainly the whole set of equipments, while the communication interface developed and researched independently is very few. So it is especially important to develop Profibus-DP slaver interface and link our own equipment to Profibus DP FieldBus.Base on the Fieldbus amelioration of disassemble robot, this paper makes DP slaver design and practice in disassemble robot as the research direction, emphasizes to study the protocol of PROFIBUS DP,IEC61158 international standard,EN50170 Europe standard, the protocol and usage of ASIC SPC3. By using of SPC3 and 89S52, this paper presents Profibus DP Slaver project, compiles program, adds GSD file. Then base on the experiment system of S7 300 and watching online, this paper validates the feasibility of the system.
