Coal gangue is the waste of coal-industry. It has done great harm to people's living environment. With the developing of technology and productivity, there have been many methods dealing with coal-gangue around the world. One of the most effective ways is make it the material of sintered bricks. The advantage of this method can be summarized in two aspects, firstly, it can make full use of the remaining coal in the gangue and saving energy; secondly, the produced bricks have excellent properties such as high strength, when sell in the marked as material of construction company can get great profit. However, there are many deficiencies in national sintered brick company such as poor technology and more waste of energy, many problems do not only effect the properties of the brick, but it threaten the safety of producing as well. On the other hand, with the developing of 3C, field-bus technology become more and more popular because of its high reliability and stability, FCS can easier extend and maintain, so it is the best choice for small or middle company.This paper firstly do study on some popular kinds of field-bus and discuss more about PROFIBUS and TIA subsequently. When carrying out the subject, much analysis has been down on the key step of brick producing-the parching and the roasting. Further more, we list the requirement of control.On hardware design, we combine PROFIBUS and MODBUS to establish the platform of communication. Then choose SMATIC S7-300 PLC CPU-315-2DP to be the first kind of master station and industrial computer to be the second kind of master station. In addition, ET200-M is used to collect process data such as temperature and pressure and converter EV2000 as the executor is installed to drive the blower and change the pressure in tunnel kiln.On software design, this paper mainly studies the means of conversion between PROFIBUS and MODBUS protocol, and puts forward a low cost implementation by the way of use ET200-S MODBUS communication processor as the protocol converters, and a communication procedure is build and working out a MODBUS polling access without conflict. Then analyzes the characteristics of the pressure in kiln, design the filtering algorithm in the collection process, and analyzes the dynamic characteristics for key O-pressure point. Through step response data collected by the experiment, this paper establish a mathematical model by using the least squares method, design a fuzzy adaptive PI control algorithm by the aided analysis of MATLAB, and realize precise control of O-pressure point by the way of mixing programming of SCL and CFC. Based on the actual situation, a GRAPH program is designed to coordinate the blower and the kiln gate. The last part of the paper discusses the design of supervising system. We choose WINCC to design the monitor system and the HMI we designed is brief and functional.
