Study On The Copyright Policy In Publishing Industry

During the past years, our copyright industry had the considerable development. According to the state statistical bureau's statistical data, the rising rate of copyright work in our country was higher than the rising rate of our GDP in the same time during the period of the first five-year plan. And, the copyright correlation industry output value and new media industry also rapidly developed. Our copyright industry presented the vigorous development tendency. But, we had to admit that there were a series of problems in the development of our copyright industry. The copyright industry development is still in the initial stage. This initial stage is not only concept, but also the study on theory of copyright, which can not supply the guide for the development of copyright industry.Based on this, the first chapter of this thesis elaborated the research results about copyright industry, and discussed its deficiencies.The second chapter introduced the new public management theory, and tried to provide theoretical guidance for the development of copyright industry.The third chapter analyzed the main characteristics of copyright industry in foreign country, and summarized their perfect experiences on the development of copyright industry.The fourth chapter elaborated the advantages and weaknesses of policy on our copyright industry, and indicated the main problem which hampered the development of our copyright industry.The fifth chapter put the advices to the development of our copyright industry according to the full analysis above.
