Along with the development of the Internet and finance, The Internet Finance comes into being. The Peer-to-Peer Lending is an important part of The Internet Finance. After ZOPA, which is the first P2P Lending company in the world, was founded in 2005, The Peer-to-Peer Lending has developed quickly. There are more than 800 P2P Lending companies in China now and Kai Xin Dai Company is one of them which is more scientifically managed and operated. The borrower can publish a loan on this website, the lender can submit a bit for a loan and the guarantor can vouch for the borrower.The Kai Xin Dai P2P Lending Platform can be divided into seven modules which are lending module, user module, trade module, notice module, report form statistics module, contract management module and batch module. The lending module is responsible for publishing a loan, searching a loan, biting for a loan and so on. The user module is responsible for user registering, login, binding and so on. The trade module is responsible for the interaction with the bank. The notice module is responsible for sending notice to users. The report form statistics module is responsible for generating different reports for the manager. The contract management module is responsible for generating and managing different contracts. The batching module is responsible for do the batch work in a fixed time of the workday.The Kai Xin Dai Platform is based on the B/S infrastructure. It uses Tomcat and Apache as the server in order to lower the cost. Its databases are Oracle and MongoDB. Its front-end uses JSP, JSTL expression,jQuery, jQuery plugins and Ajax in order to give users the best user experience. Its server-end uses Java as the developing language and it uses Spring, Struts and iBatis as the base framework in order to separate the logic tier and the presentation tier. It uses OSCache framework to do the caching work and this can reduce the pressure of the server.
