More and more wireless communication equipments can be used on the modern ship systems, so the electromagnetic environment is more and more complex and the electromagnetic interference becomes serious. Either unconscious or conscious interruption can be so seriously harm to normal communication on the ships. In order to study and resolve this problem, we need to deeply research on the electromagnetic scattering and radiation based on the platform. The paper systematicly analyzed the scatterer interference of short-wave communication equipments and the electromagnetic pulse on the ship platform.First of all, this paper simply introduced the basic principles of the Electric Field Integral Equation and the Method of Moments(MOM), and then choose three basic functions to separately solve the parts of wire, conductor or wire-conductor connection domain, which is based on the geometry about the scatterer. Next, Solving some parameters of the symmetric oscillators and monopole antenna above on conductor plate used the MOM. Analyze the radiation characteristics of antennas and the influence about different distance between HF antenna and the scatterer on the conductor platform in detail. In this paper, typical electromagnetic pulse is also introduced, the coupling characteristic of electromagnetic pulse and HF Antenna has been simulated, and summarized the regular pattern of the pulse and scatterer. interfered on the HF Antenna.In addition, according to the requirements of Shipboard HF Antenna, a ship model is built. Analyzed the scatterer interference of HF Antenna on shipboard, and antennas layout can be suggested based on the knowledge of Ship Electromagnetic Compatibility(EMC),At the end of this paper, a lot of simulation has been made about the threat of electromagnetic pulse on the ship. These simulation results is the manifestation of the threat, which provide references about Electromagnetic Pulse Hardening Technology on shipboard.This paper provides some reference value on the design of the HF Antenna and EMC on ship, which is according to these simulations about electromagnetic scattering and radiation based on the ship platform.
