With technology advanced, navigation and positioning are becoming increasingly important in people's life. Although different areas have different requirements for navigation and positioning, yet navigation and positioning play a huge role in all the areas in common. Doppler mileage instrument, the most important part of the navigation and positioning, can provide accuracy and high stability reference speed for the entire navigation system.In land navigation, its accuracy will be affected by many factors such as electromagnetic interference, terrain, weather and more so on. To ensure the accuracy of the navigation, a reasonable approach must be taken to suppress the external interference. In order to control noise disturbance, many algorithms have been born, while most of the algorithm was not suitable for hardware applications because of the enormous space and time complexity.With DSP technology, due to its structural features, many algorithms can be implemented on the DSP and the speed and accuracy can meet certain requirements. In this system, the speed signal acquisition and processing system are composed of the DSP, the controller chip, and its peripheral circuits.This article is divided into hardware and software design. The hardware design includes the build of the DSP smallest circuit, transmitter circuit, the receiving circuit and other peripheral circuits design. Software design includes transmission procedures, reception procedures and the process of the signal. Drive circuit and transformer matching circuit are the key design in the transmitter circuit, while in the receiving circuit, the key design are protection circuit, filter circuit and amplifier circuit. The software design is divided into steps as follows. First part is setting the registers and second part is to program the applications, which are composed of the correlation detection of the signal,the control of AGC and frequency solution.Finally the experimental results of the simulation and and online debugging method are given.Firstly the paper does the simulation for the design of software,the effect of the application and the effect of final test.Through the simulation diagram the error is analyzed. Secondly online debugging method is given..Through experiment, the experimental results is obtained and analyzed. At last the simulation and experimental results show that the system is feasible and can be used widely.
