The second part describes the design of the RF system to realize frequency stabilization of the laser. It includes three main parts: narrowband match of electro- optical crystal, design of RF drivers and design of detection circuit. Provided the clew of design and realize narrowband matching- of electro-optical crystal in RF band; developed the active phase shifter so that it could be used in RF system and simulated the experiment result by a computer. The last part of the thesis discusses the technology of resisting disturbance used in RE system.
