The thesis introduces 3D digital controlling allocation device which is guided by infrared remote controller based on the single chip microcontroller. For economy and practice, and for the application of the device, the system uses open-loop control mode. The sensor positioning function is realized by independent movement of allocation device in three directions in Cartesian Coordinates Space.This thesis introduces the whole system which is consist of the apart of overall system design, mechanism system design, CNC system design and numerical control software design. The CNC system is based on AT89C51 single chip microcontroller, adopt the certain peripheral circuit, an instruction is sent by the key of the infrared remote controller, encoding and decoding the infrared remote-control signals by the microcomputer software, which implement the infrared remote-control function, motion of the stepping motor thereby is realized at last. It is described in detail that how its'operating principle, software and hardware design and realization method are.
