Application Of Ajax In The Electronic Supervision Of Administrative Approval

E-government has been developed as the most efficient method in this information-based era, since the technology started developing sharply in 1990s with a spread of use of the Internet. E-government improves the efficiency of a local government, offers an easy access connecting citizens and the government, reduce the government's expense and changes the ways in which the government deals with administrative policies and ideas etc. in order to enhance the economy and accelerate the informatization in urban area.Administrative Approval (AA) and Electronic Supervision (ES) used by governments and organizations are two means of managing proactive regulation and supervision in social and economic issues. The success of running the system of e-approval and electronic supervision as a pillar of building the E-government determines the efficiency of the E-government.The system of AA and ES in the city of Panjin is based on an E-government application system that runs both internal and external networks. It not only internally implements collaborations among departments at work, but also serves the public externally, and also the process of completing the two jobs is monitored by the discipline inspection department at the same time. The major customers in Panjin who use the system of AA and ES are departments of administrative approval and departments of discipline inspection on provincial and civic basis, meanwhile, the system serves companies and individuals who apply for the administrative approval.This paper defines the system of AA and ES with relevant concepts, also constructs and analyzes the plan of design of the system, then explicates the chain of thought of the system, and finally explains the features of design of the system with its basic and technical requirements of designing the system. Moreover, the paper develops two main design functions of the system, which are a function of administrative approval (AA) and a function of electronic supervision (ES) respectively.The design based on a technique of Ajax completes normalization design of the system of AA and ES with other completion of works, satisfying an analysis of requirements of the AA and ES system assigned by the local government of Panjin. The key of the process of the system is completed by creating multi-connections and then sending multi-requests that ask for running a real-time technique, based on the Ajax technique.At last, the paper summarizes the system using the Ajax technique, analyzes pros and cons of the system and makes a proper expectation of its social economic value and its future application.
