Design And Implementation On Electronic Supervising System Of Governmental Examining And Approval Based On Ajax Technology

The system of administrative examination and approval is an indispensable part of E-Government System. The main responsibility of this system is to manage the information provided by the departments have administrative functions and ensure the efficient data exchanges between these departments, which in turn, increase the working efficiency of government. Currently, the system is still in the early stage, which uses the B/S framework based-on WEB 1.0. This system has to wait a long time for the huge end-user accesses to the governmental electronic supervising system. When data are frequently submitted, the design will seriously affect the system performance, reduce working efficiency and increase the maintenance cost.In order to improve the defects of the traditional electronic supervising system, based on Asynchronous mode of Ajax technology, this paper builds an electronic supervising system which includes desktop application software and realizes the separately managements between the foreground users and background data. When users submit data, the system is only focus on the required part, which in turn raises time efficiency and decreases system cost. The system is not only of great significance in governmental administrative examination and approval but also of strategic importance in information construction of E-Government.The main aspects of this paper include:①According to current national conditions and the electronic supervising application nationally and globally, we propose an electronic supervising system based on Ajax technology.②Analyses the characters of the E-Government administrative procedures and utilize this procedure into real systems which is an efficient way to ensure the transparent operation between government departments as well as the criterion of administrative approval behaviors.③Studies the J2EE-related technology, adds Ajax Asynchronous processing into this administrative approval electronic supervising system, enhances the real-time response of system as well as user experiences.④Since data exchanges play an important role in the electronic supervising system of E-Government, the paper invests and analyses its definition, technological application, software design as well as programming process and realizes the seamless connection between different data sources.In this paper, in order to improve e-government information technology and enhance the electronic monitoring of administrative examination and approval, designs and builds an electronic supervising system in the administrative procedures which is based on Ajax technology, proves its feasibility and high efficiency in the practical application.
