As the new type of hydraulic components are high precision and very hard to manufacture, especially when these hydraulic components and the system which is made up of these components are applied to military field, how to ensure the high reliability of these components and the variety of technical parameters of them to achieve the design requirements of the military products is the most urgent problem which needs to be resolved.Generally, the hydraulic measurement and control platform is used to test these hydraulic components to resolve the above problems. However, the design requirements and test methods of the platform are backward, and the control accuracy, response time and other performance parameters of the platform are unsatisfactory. All these can no longer meet the test requirements of the new style of hydraulic components. In this case, it is necessary to use a new model to design a new hydraulic measurement and control system. The previous design pattern is"hydraulic first, then electricity, finally software", while the modle of"electro-hydraulic synchronization, the software first"is put forward to improve the design pattern in this paper. When the work condition of the hydraulic system is sure, the monitoring software can be designed on another development platform. Then the local program just needs to be modified according to the actual requirements before the program is transplanted into the hydraulic measurement and control system.Both gas and liquid belong to fluid, and their flow rate and pressure are controllable, so both of them can be used as the media of the fluid transmission system. In view of these similarities between them, this article chooses pneumatic development platform as the software development platform. Building the pneumatic circuit whose function is similar to the hydraulic measurement and control system to"simulate"hydraulic circuit, and then the software development is completed on the platform, finally transplanting the program to the hydraulic measurement and control system. Then the entire system design is completed.Experiment proved that the new type of hydraulic control system which is designed according to "pneumatic 'simulation' hydraulic"model not only shortens the development cycle and reduces the investment but also further improves the control precision and response speed. It has an important practical value.
