Switched reluctance drive (SRD) based on modern power electronics and computer control technology based on mechatronics product, with its simple structure, low cost and speed performance characteristics, it has become hot research in the field of electrical drives.Firstly, through consulting domestic and foreign literature, this paper smumarized the development and energy-saving theory of machine tool hydraulic system and SRM and SRD development present situation,characteristics and application occasions.Secondly, this paper summarized the composition and running principle of SRD and analyzed the commonly used control strategy of SRD, through theoretical analyzed to select the optimum control strategy.Thirdly,after a series of simplified,idealized,lineared,this paper deduced the linear mathematical model of SRM,the basic equation of SRM could be found as well as the expression of the phase current and electromagnetic torque.Fourthly, Through the Ansoft Maxwell V13-electromagnetic finite element analysis software, set up a non-linear model of SRM, analysis and calculation the flux,electromagnetic torque curve data of SRM in the static field. And establishing a SRD simulation model based on established control strategies in Simulink. By manually tuning PI parameters, got the better of the control parameters.Finally,this paper design a suit of2.2KW SRD(based on TMS320LF2407A,made in TI CO), including hardware design and software design.The design of2.2KW SRD successfully used in CNC machine tool hydraulic system,and filled the blank of SRD(based on DSP) design below3KW at home.
