The purpose of this essay is through to the price of house prediction problem under the profound understanding, using BP neural network, the ideas and methods of BP neural network model was established to predict prices. There are a lot of the influence factors of the price of house, here, we only analyze a few main factors, and use the software to analyze the house and its influence factors in the correlation, this shows their significant relationship, we ultimately realize the house forecasts through the software.This paper mainly includes the following parts:1. The moment to study earnestly the artificial neural network, a BP neural network, the basic knowledge of BP neural network model and neural network algorithm, and also on the BP neural network model in other similar predictions on the understanding.2. We research the price of house and its influencing factors, and exactly analyze the correlation of these influence factors in accurate analysis.3. In the profound understanding of house prices forecast, this article uses the BP neural network to analyze 10 years house prices of chengdu and house prices analysis of the main factors,, using relevant software, we compile the relevant procedure, a BP neural network model for prediction of home prices and verify.For many countries, where prices need regulatory object, how to suppress and control prices has become the problems. For our country, in recent years, the price of house is in to surge ahead, the central government has issued a series of policies to suppress and stable prices, including "the eight new country rules", the central bank raised interest rates, such as a series of tightening mortgage, our prices ease, but the price of house is high more seriously.As is known to all, the price of house were affected by many factors, the paper gives some main factors affecting prices, it will be better for our government to control property prices providing some guidance suggestion. We provide buying decisions for homeowners, investment decisions for developers, credit decisions for local government policies and local commercial banks.and we also provide certain real estate investment decision-making management scientific reference in Chengdu.
