In order to show scenes of some specific places on computer, we have two methods, they are 3D modeling and Web virtual scene based on bitmap, the second method has particularly advantages in completed construction zone and online display, and it constitutes a lifelike 3D scene through stitching the360 degrees continuous shooting photos.This thesis researched "The realization of Web virtual scene based on bitmap". It analyzes the major virtual reality technologies and application status of virtual reality at home and abroad, compared two different platforms of realizing virtual scenes, and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of virtual scene based on bitmap and its applied range. It studied Web virtual scene based on bitmap and realization of scene interactive roaming.In order to solve space constraints, we used cylindrical projection. We analyzed several methods of registration, according to large deviation of image brightness information and other reasons, taking image registration based on features which insensitive image brightness information to complete registration. Considering calculation of algorithm and image fusion effect etc, we use the threshold fusion algorithm to realize the panorama stitching finally,and taking reserve cylinder projection to transform panorama into plane images.We used VC++ programming language and VS2008 platform to complete semi-automatic panoramic mosaics system based on feature point and reserve cylinder projection.Web virtual scene interactive roaming based on bitmap was realized through the development of scripting language (JavaScript) program on the server side. We realized the panorama roaming by seamless connection. Used image preload processing technology to increase scene loading speed and improve immersed sensitive of virtual scenes. Meanwhile, we added hotspots in virtual scenes; it can increase the interactivity of scenes and improve visibility of descriptive information. Added interface of editing information on the server that can improve the functions of Web virtual scene based on bitmap. Finally, we realized the interactive roaming of virtual scene, loading a specific scene to get techonology indicators, such as loading speed, the definition of the image and accuracy of interactive.Finally, research results of Web virtual scene based on bitmap had been used in DaLian technology projects—"3D virtual incubator and comprehensive information online system"...
