Study On Upgrading Of Network Quality Perception Of Jiangsu Unicom Yiding Mobile

Since the reform and opening up, the growth rate of China's telecommunications industry have reached a historic high level. As China's on the track to implement the commitment to open the telecom market, and with the issuance of 3G licenses, the domestic mobile operators will be impacted by the MNC companies which have great appetite to China's telecom market. With the changing of the market situation, remain a stable operation is not enough to compete internationally. To strengthen the company's interest, Chinese telecom operators also need to increase their market shares.China Unicom is one of the integrated telecommunications operators. Jiangsu Unicom is the second largest operator in Jiangsu mobile telecom market. With the development of the telecom industry in Jiangsu, the market position and market share of Jiangsu Unicom are also constantly under threat. In order to maintain the sustainable development and keep the competitiveness, the company should carefully study the key problems that have to be (?)aced and solved. How to improve customer satisfaction is one of the critical issues--retain existing customers and attract more new users. As it's well known that the quality of the network is the most important factor to customer satisfaction. It is not only a precondition to keep ex(?)sting customers, but also a basic platform to develop new network business. Therefore, during the critical period of 3G development, it is an urgent issue to further improve the quality of Jiangsu Unicom mobile network to meet customers satisfaction.With the modeling analysis method to WCDMA voice and data traffic model in S city, Jiangsu Province, the Article analysed the planning of WCDMA networks, and made the Monte Carlo simulation. With the study of the current network quality and network pla(?)ning of WCDMA in S city, the Article gave the solutions to improve and optimize the network.As a newcomer and challenger, the Article emphasized that in order to meet the "Spiral Up" goal, Jiangsu Unicom not only need to attach great importance to pre-project planning, but also need to implement daily and long term specific optimization to mobile networks. With the study, the Article also specified the way for further optimization of the network quality.
