In recent years, along with the Internet technology development and the continuousimprovement of the communication network, people on the information interaction relyon deepening, the service quality and service level puts forward higher request.Communication operators as business providers must constantly increase the strength ofnetwork construction and the new business development to adapt to demand. At thesame time as the network scale and user scale continue to expand, network constructionand the market management as operators two main work system holds their professionaldirection of information and data, but because two working system relative independentthese information are some "data island", lack of the effective way to link. Mining thedata value, linkage two departments, coordinate their resources is undoubtedly ameaningful attempt. At present the internal basic operators to KPI evaluation system asthe main management means, and gradually to meet customer demand as the guidemanagement ideas.
