The Theme Museum Outside Environment Landscape Design Research

The high speed development of economy promotes the the progress of the industrylandscape design in China. To show the local historical culture and local characteristics, more andmore of the city increase the rebuilt into of the new museum. It is became a trend to designdistinctive landscape environment theme museum. In recent years, with the innovation of thetheme museum, the theme museum not only pay special attention to the internal display andbuilding exterior design, but also make the design of the landscape environment be a focus. It is aindispensable part of external landscape design of theme museum, especially the outsideenvironment area is broad of the theme museum.This paper studies on the external environment landscape of the theme museum. Take thearchaeological museums, the industrial culture museums and the local characteristics museums asthe research object. For the case selected in this paper, mainly with the constructed or renovatedTheme Museums from2007-2010, these theme museums can reflect the trends of landscapedesign characteristics of theme museum in recent years. Analysis of representative landscapedesign of the three kinds theme museum, obtained the inspirations or problems in landscapedesign. Summarize landscape design principle and the method basing on the actual situation ofresearch on the thesis at last.
