Nanjing is one of the birthplaces of China's modern industrial Westernization Movement,and also a typical representative of China's urban industrialization and modernization.Industrial history and culture has always been an important part of the historical and cultural value of modern Nanjing city.However,in the context of the rapid development of a new round of urban planning and construction,and the attention paid to the historical and cultural value of the city,there are still some problems in the ways and methods of the protection and utilization of urban industrial sites due to the lack of experience and other reasons.In view of this phenomenon,this paper starts with the concept of "ecological museum" and uses a new entry point to study the new ideas of industrial site protection.Taking Nanjing Jinling shipyard as an example,it makes a detailed analysis.In the introduction,the paper respectively explains the basic concepts of industrial heritage sites and ecological museum,and emphasizes the historical and cultural value of industrial heritage.In the first chapter,the general situation of industrial heritage in Nanjing is elaborated from four aspects: historical background,characteristics,location distribution and protection planning status.In the second chapter,it introduces the specific research object Jinling shipyard,and analyzes the comprehensive value and planning potential of Jinling shipyard.Based on the second chapter,the third chapter further expounds the possibility of Jinling shipyard's historic area construction combined with the concept of ecological museum.Finally,the preliminary design idea and scheme are given in the fourth chapter.Completed a "ecological museum concept" and "urban industrial sites protection planning" design thinking and attempt to combine the whole scheme of derivation ideas with the content of the article.
