The Application Of CORS System In Supervision Of Land

From 1990's, we have a reform of the land system in China which bring us a new vitality. In addition, we have already opened door to the outside world to develop the market economy. A new upsurge in construction is in the making. More and more enclosure appears, so does industrial estate, commercial estate, Development Zones and so on . With the rapid development of regional economy, farmland is less because of the construction and land become a problem of every cities gradually.Recently, in order to ensure 1.8 billion mu farmland , our country has begun index management. That means the strict approval procedure . In this case ,we have some illegal occupation cases now. These kinds of cases are occurred in hidden or secluded spots which traffic is bad. The land law-executors will encounter the problems of equipment precision, the differences between basic data and reality, jamming,etc. These factors reduced the efficiency and personal security.Now we have the technology of GPS, we can use RTK to establish CORS in use of land management and measurement. CORS is a high tech industry which contains GPS,GIS,GSM,Internet. Whatever the complex and varied terrains and landforms you are in , as long as they are in the range of GPS, you can work normally. It mainly receives the signal from GPS whole day by using a base station. Also by using VRS,FKP,MAC and RTK to measure the location, area and shape of the land precisely. Meanwhile, it can also inquire about the state materials of the land which make land management a huge progress.So we got a result:1.Introducing the principle of differential GPS and its technology, analyzing three mainly tech of CORS(Virtual Reference Statio,FKP,Master Auxiliary Concept), which give CORS a theory evidence.2.Analyzing the whole structure and the attentions of Tianjin land CORS, stating from every part of CORS construction.3.Providing the precise differential data to user timely by using CORS. Enforcement of land management of Tianjin, improve the efficiency and quality, reducing the labor intensity and jamming which testified the practicability of CORS.
