Design And Implementation Of Production Resource Running Maintenance Management System For Tuo Yuan Company

This thesis presents the development of Tuo Yuan Company's production resource running maintenance management system.Its presentation is based on the enterprise's actual demands in its highly reliable on-board electronic products manufacturing and the technologies in software engineering,with the goal to support the productive resource running maintenance's information accuracy,timeliness and completeness.This thesis presents the development work systematically from the functional requirements to the software technical solutions.This software's global function is laid on some of the company's production resource running maintenance information management requirements in its production operating processes in combination with the improvement objectives in this work.The main functions in the system include resource configuration information management,resource usage and running information management,resource cost information management.The related data processing demands and use case models are built up for the above requirement analysis.The thesis discusses the approach to the software solution with its design principle in balance of advancement and practicality,to construct the software framework by means of the object-oriented methods.It presents some further concrete details,including its architecture design,database design,interface schemes,some internal data processing flows and object structures by means of object-oriented methods.Tuo Yuan Company's production resource running maintenance information management system is implemented with C++ for Windows/.NET running environment and integrates with SQL Server database.In recent applications it well shows its ability to provide most static and dynamic production resource's running maintenance information processes requirements to satisfy the enterprise's demands in rising its scheduling accuracy and productivity.
