With the development of Internet technology and application software, a new form of software services - software as a service (SaaS) gradually developed; with a significant increase of third-party vendors joining the industry, coupled with their leading forces in the market, SaaS applications are ready to go. At the same time, the complex and changeable business needs in the market also bring SaaS challenges. Therefore, let the process model has self-configuration ability shows great significance in the development of SaaS.In order to solve this problem, this article studies the customization and data mining of SaaS business process based on rules, making business process models possess has self-configuring and self-evolution abilities, and providing a good user experience as much as possible in practical applications.Firstly, we use the process structure tree to represent the basic model of the business process, and then define the configuration rules used to give process models the ability of self-configuration.Under the specific business environment, the corresponding configuration rules will be activated and then generate a modified tree, after the tree resolving its conflict between its configuration rules, the rules will be applied to the basic process model to modify the model. To make the model closer to users'needs, the system allows the users making a second fine-tuning to get the final process instance to be executed.In order to strengthen the capacity of the system configuration, the system will periodically do data mining on the users'modification log, and get some configuration rules, and the configuration rules will be added to the configuration rule set. But this results a series of questions such as the expansion of configuration rule set. So this paper uses the evolution of the process model to eliminate obsolete configuration rules to optimize the current process model, so as to improve the system's execution efficiency and user experience.This article also illustrate the availability of the technology through a reimbursement process, showing the process model clusters constituted by the basic process model with configuration rules has a certain degree of adaptability and self-learning, self-evolution, keeping efficient excution rate, less storage space, and a better user experience.
