Research On The Promotion Of Traditional Manufacturing Software Oriented To The Web

For the rapid development and wide application of the information technology and network technology, coupled with the globalization of market competition, integration models of the traditional manufacturing information system has been unable to meet the development requirements of modern enterprises. Web-based manufacturing information system integrates resources scattered in different departments and remote enterprise and achieves the maximum extent of resource sharing and inter-enterprises collaborative manufacturing, to improve the enterprise's ability to respond the changes of market demand and the overall design and manufacturing standards. This thesis studies the key technology of the networklized traditional manufacturing information software based on web.According to the analysis of the problems during the networkization for the traditional manufacturing information software, the design has been elaborated and the overall framework of the networkization for the traditional manufacturing information software has been completed. And the process of the netwokization has been divided into business logic layer netwokization an interface layer networkization.For the business logic layer netwokization, the integration of heterogeneous software technology and data transmission technology based on Web service has been studied. Using C # and C + + mixed programming technology, Web Services can reuse core business functions of the original application software. Heterogeneous software can be integrated for the good interactivity of Web Service. The data exchanged between heterogeneous software is divided into character type data and file type data. We use XML technology to transfer character data types and use HTTP protocol to transfer file type data. We also study on using HTTP protocol to transfer large field data.For the interface layer netwokization, the interface integration technology of Windows Forms control and Web application has been studied. According the research on the development process of Windows Forms control with safety labeling, Windows Forms control can pass browser security certification. Solve the problems that how can Windows Forms control be downloaded from Web server and loaded successfully by the client browser. Study the communication between the browser and Windows Forms control embedded in the browser. Provides a solution to the communication between Windows Forms controls embedded in the browser.The study has been preliminary applied in the integration of KMCAPP system and AVIDM system.
