The CT Diagnose Report is an impersonal description of CT images. With the development of CAD(Computer Aided Diagnose) system, not only the work load but also the oversights have been greatly reduced by the CAD system when doctors are diagnosing Lung disease from CT images. Also with that, intelligent diagnose reporting system develops too. As the Second Pen for doctors, intelligent diagnoses reporting system plays an import role in Lung disease diagnosing.As hand-writing CT diagnose report occupies a lot of time, difficult to identify and hard to be stored and indexed, it is castigated by doctors and patients. The intelligent diagnose reporting system is produced to solves these problems, its core content is Structured Report (SR), the report is translated into structured format, Template and Data has been separated. After getting the diagnose data from CAD system, all the data are filled into a proper template, and thus a whole report is generated. It is a great advance compared to old style report generation with its clarity, high-efficiency and standardization. It helps the doctor save a lot of time, and still, it makes the computer understand what it saves, and thus makes the processing of diagnose report flexible and persistent. In this problem, a simple Extensible Markup Language called SXML is put forward to describe the diagnose report, each diagnose word is distinct in label and property. The static SXML text is called a Template and after filling with the diagnose data, a report tree structure will be build up in system memory as it represents a whole report, when we do operations on the report tree structure, we do operations on the real report. This system use a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) manner to operate on diagnose report, the system translate the report into a series of memory-GUI mapping, and allocate them with distinct operations, which makes the operations on report vivid and elegant. In order to implement this manner, a lot of technologies such as polymorphism, generic programming, delegate function table and so on, which in turn makes the system flexible.The system is now being used in The Xiehe Hospital of HUST and The 2nd hospital attached to Suzhou University, praised highly by doctors there.
