This paper brings forward the concept of reusable universal report processing system,want to construct the reusable universal report processing platform and resolve the problem thoroughly. The report processing platform can be developed once and will be used for all database system needn't any change,it have prodigious availability.This paper researches the inevitable key problems in report processing firstly and then presents corresponding resolvent.Later,the paper researches the reusability of report processing and use the measure of 'mapping' to rosolve the difficulties in the reality of system.Finally,makes out a real report system and acquires fine result. Java is used as the developing language of the engine.
