Design And Implementation Of A Report Template Editing System For EMR

Digital medical and health informatization is an important current trend in the field ofhealth care. In traditional medical institutions, the information of the medical records isoften fragmented and imprecise, which lead to the lower utilization of information, higherhealth risks. The electronic medical records are emerged to solve this problem.Aiming at the particularity of the electronic medical record, and taking into accountthe function of the electronic medical record which can structured editing and digital loadfor the medical records, an action is designed to achieve a simple, structured reporttemplate editing system, which can improve the efficiency of the clinical staff and medicalinformation.In view of the advantages and disadvantages of the commercialized electronicmedical record editing system in the current market, a report template editing systemusing rich client platform JavaFX2for the development environment is designed. Thissystem simplifies the original complex process of the template editing into a simple UIdesign process. Then the controls of JavaFX2are reconstructed to achieve a data elementcontrols reusable. Template data model is created, which make the functions of thegeneration and editing of medical reports and records template to be integrated closely, torealize the transformation from a editable template to non-editable reports. On this basis,the management and setting for report are completed to achieve the function of reading,store, printing and so on for the report.During the development process, by building a template data model, the reusabilityof code and the efficiency of development are enhanced. Meanwhile, the system is simpleto learn and use, which not only facilitate the work and management of the medical staff,but also enhance the quality of service of medical institutions.
