With the cross-development of computer, control and communication, industrial control towards the development of intelligent, such as concentration-distributed processing, structured network and intelligent nodes. In the development environment of network control system and internet of things, this paper puts forward the research on ethernet-based flexible manufacturing control system of hot stampling.Facing the fully digital system integration issues on flexible manufacturing control system of hot stampling, this article puts forward the technical scheme of Ethernet-based network control system. The main objective is to solve real-time information detection and real-time control on production line work process, fault detection and alarm, beat the work of multiple devices to work together and control, delay compensation of non-inertial system and other issues.In order to obtain processing flow and system dynamic characteristic of flexible manufacturing control system of hot stampling, kinematics simulation and dynamic simulation have been researched, thus it is beneficial to present system design norm.On the basis of simulation,network control system of B/S model has been developed and PMT process model has been putted forward.With dynamic performance analysis of Web_based control system,the system delay is too large to meet the requirements of real-time production line.However. It provides much reference value on the verification of process control and selection of network control system.On the basis of preliminary studies, industrial Ethernet_based nework control system has been proposed. To furtherly judge the feasibility of the improved system scheme, many network factors, such as network transmission rate, packet loss rate, network delay, sampling period, interference signal, scheduling strategy and so on, have been simulated on the network control system. According to analysis results, the ideas of improving network performance and system stability have been putted forward.System reponse, such as response of real-time data and response characteristics of independent devices, has been researched in the article. According to investigative results, the instability of the system performance which caused by network latency and packet loss has been improved by packet-based interpolation compensation strategy.On the aspect of working pace of production line, scheduling model based on PMT model has been proposed. On the ground of the PMT model, by dynamically configuring process procedure, different process procedure-nets on the same process can be obtained, and accordingly the process procedure-net that has the minimum working pace of product can also be got, offering references for the setup of process procedure of real product line and for the working-pace optimization.Finally, based on flexible manufacturing control system of hot stampling, heterogeneous network control system solution has been putted forward.It can share information between field and management and implement horizontal integration on control system and vertical integration between control system and management system on the unified network platform...
