With the progress and development of society, human consciousness of energyconservation and environmental protection on the increase, automotive lightweighting hasbecome a very heated topic of discussion among motor companies. Hot stamping of ultrahigh strength steel is a very important part of automobile lightweight. How to establish anefficient, reliable, energy saving hot stamping production lines will be an integral part ofautomotive lightweight issues in the production process. Starting from this point, theauthor puts forward the total hot forming production line control system based on Ethernet,which has effectively solved the heterogeneous equipment information in the productionline, and established of a smart, adjustable task scheduling model, and improved the faulthandling mechanism, improved the security and reliability of the system operation.This system is an industrial Ethernet control system based on the hot stampingproduction line, first of all, through the Ethernet it connects the production line of all kindsof intelligent devices which are relatively independent, including servo press to completethe task of punching, multi-layer furnace used for the heating and insulation of the sheetmetal, manipulator group used for sheet metal handling and a variety of conditionmonitoring sensor, realized the information synchronization and data sharing; Thenestablish the task scheduling model based on event, the core unit of work in productionline--press triggers events and inform the heating furnace to discharge according to itsown state, the heating furnace triggers events and inform the manipulator group to feed,etc. The system makes all intelligent devices to form into an organic whole, and achievesthe goal of a dynamic and adaptive control of the production line, which ensures thesynchronization and compact of the entire production line speed; Finally, the systemestablish fault handling mechanisms based on finite state machine, which will make thedevice under fault condition to ensure the safety of other equipment and personnel as faras possible and minimize losses. On the basis of the above, the author uses the c#programming language, the.NET platform to develop the total control system and designthe beautiful human-computer interaction interface, so the total of the whole productionline control system of the learning and use are convenient and simple. Through the industrial Ethernet control network, the system completes theinformation synchronization and share of heterogeneous devices, and on this basis, itestablishes the task scheduling based on events, equipment working model and the faulthandling mechanism based on finite state machine, which ensure the safety of the systemreliable.
