Design And Development On An OLED R&D Project Management Information System

The dissertation indicates the main problem puzzled the research and development on OLED display of our company is low efficiency at first, then put forward the object of this dissertation is find the main factor which influence the efficiency of the research and development on OLED display, and put forward the improving measure, finally improve the efficiency of research and development on OLED display by design a suit of OLED R&D Management Information System.Base on this object, I put forward the research structure of this dissertation, the research structure composed by three parts, the first part is business analyses and work process optimize, the second part is requirement analyze ,the third part is system design.Different from universal Management Information System, the Management Information System researched by this dissertation aim at the business and work process of our company, therefore, business analyses and work process optimize is the base of this Management Information System, well-knit with work process is the characteristic of this system, before system design, this dissertation expatiate business analyses and work process optimize of our research and development center at first, analyzed the research and development plan process,research and development execution process and data treatment and analysis process emphatically, and optimized this three process according to the function and characteristic of Management Information System.After business analyses and work process optimize, I actualize the system requirement analyze, system requirement analyze also according to work process, use the means of IDEF0, I analyzed the R&D project set up, the R&D project perform, and the R&D project finish, point out the Input, Output, Control and Mechanisms of these tree activity, and also point out the decision and the data requirement of these tree activity.After system requirement analyze I actualized system design, expatiate hardware design,the usual technique of Management Information System and my selection, system general design,entity and E-R model design and function module design.After finish system design, I test the system in demo mode, expound system running process with data treatment and analysis process module, and during test process I discover the data noise problem, and ravel out this problem by improve system design.At last I summed up my work, point out this OLED research and development Management Information System realized the aim of improving the efficiency of OLED research and development, and indicate there are some limitation in this system because of the lack of my vigor and time,and this system can be improved at project management,cooperation work,decision support,data security and share etc.
