The process of industrial modernization, set higher requirements to the automation of production processes and information communication technology. Industrial automation control system has been developed from a single PLC to the network control system at the core of field bus, ethernet technology and human-computer interaction. WinCC configuration based on PLC in the application of sintering workshop, in order to improve the sinter quality, and promote stable blast, played an important role in improving production efficiency.This paper combining the process and control requirements of 300m2 sintering machine production line, based on WinCC configuration technology, PLC control technology, OPC communication technology and management information system, study the PLC data collection in production line of sintered, human-computer interaction and network monitoring and management. In this paper, complete the following tasks:1 Based on the full study of the sintering process and control requirements , constructed based automation system based on S7-400 series PLC, modular programming design and communication design between PLC system,implemented the plant-level control of the underlying hardware system .2 Based on actual production process of sintering, based on WinCC configuration software, designed and implemented the entire system monitoring, alarm processing, data archiving and other functions. By the analysis of WinCC script system, with the two script languages, make full use of the opening WinCC, with applications of two kinds of text and spreadsheet to implement memory and settings of Windows-volume parameters of the sintering system. To improve the reliability of system, designed the redundant of the WinCC server.3 Taking into account the different requirements within and outside the network for the security and data traffic, based on the "differentiated" in the C / S and B / S mixed mode, build a successful and innovative multi-client single-server architecture of the C/S configuration and Web Navigator-based Internet / Intranet remote browsing of the B / S configuration.4 According to the management requirements of upper system, in order to make up for the deficiencies of WinCC in the database and report processing, use Visual Basic programming language and OPC communication technology to achieve the communication between management network server and WinCC data, and dump data to the standard SQL database, to provide for the client of management network, implement information management systems running on the LAN, and use ADO / SQL interface to build the plant database.The system combined PLC, WinCC, OPC, Visual Basic technologies together to achieve the monitoring and communications in three-tier structure of the sintering system,improved the level of integrated automation system, have practical significance to enhance the overall economic benefits of sintering.
