So far some chemical factories take advantage of PID controller approach to reactor, but not attained good purpose satisfied, even hardly emerged and led to accident. Only used manual operation to adjust valve as to manipulate reactor by watching instrument panel. Actually, by investigating and studying some skilled workers mainly depend on own experiences to deal with reactor: that is, they tuned size of flux, and reached perfectly results. However, deficit that had done both wastes human resource and material resource and enable operator endanger in poisonous and baneful environment, which easily hurts works'healthy. The lecture is outspreaded to search way to handle it.The lecture aims at chemical reactors to control temperature's change. Variety of reactor is greatly complexity, which is both process of chemical reaction and process physical reaction. Among the parameters impacted actions(such as: temperature, pressure, flux, velocity and so on), controlled temperature predominate in all kind of infective variety . Good or bad directly impacts on last quality and produces. Transformation in reactor is of intricate feature of pure lag, noise, variety with time passing and non-linear and so on. If present more classical PID control theories no more than made use of, this apparently have difficulty of gaining excellent output。For finding precise mathematic model is barely possible.Mainly production and innovation in the lecture as follow:(1)Compare with congeneric chemical factories yet doesn't use or a less use intelligent control technology. The lecture states that human intelligence of fuzzy control and neural networks process to adjust on-line. At last, PID integrated fuzzy-neural networks works out the problem;(2)Experiment and studying exerted all kind of control arithmetic and strategy. Different intelligent controller were designed by means of fuzzy and neural networks, and contrasted with conversation PID. Experimental result appears that using intelligent controller gained ideal outcome;(3)Making use of present perfectly advanced ARM9, S3C2410X chip of main controller made in samsung corporation based on Linux system, provide possibility for going further to develop great scale computer networks.
