Building environment includes acoustic, thermal, light and air environment, the most important of the above is air environment. In the process of creating air environment,evaluation and control are two indispensable key links. Nowadays, there is no accepted evaluation method for the air environment in the evaluation aspect. In the control aspect, the traditional control methods can not adjust the control strategy based on the condition of air environment, which leads to the control effect is not good enough, and the waste of energy is serious. This article mainly studies the evaluate and control methods of air environment. The specific research contents are as follows:First of all, in the evaluation aspect, this research analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing air environment evaluation methods, and then put forward a comprehensive evaluation method of air environment according to the evaluation factors of air environment; In the control aspect, this research proposes the intelligent integrated control mode of the air environment through analyzing the shortcomings of the traditional control methods of the air environment, and studies the intelligent control requirements of the building air environment from the two aspects of subjective and objective.Secondly, according to the requirements of the earlier proposed evaluation methods and the related standard, this research designs the fuzzy neural network evaluation system of air environment based on the theory of BP network and RBF, then confirms the accuracy of the evaluation system based on the measured data of the air environment of Xi’an.Finally, this research designs the fuzzy controller which based on air pollution index according to the analysis of the demand for intelligent control of the air environment and proves that the fuzzy controller is better than the traditional controller based on Simulink,then designs and simulates the fuzzy controller of fan which shows that the control system can change the starting / stopping and the speed of fan accordding to the real-time air environment. Besides, its responsing is quick and the waste of energy is low.Using fuzzy neural network system to evaluate the air environment of building can get a comprehensive and integrated assessment of air environment, and provide data support for control air environment; And the fuzzy controller of air environment can adjust the controlstrategy accordding to the evaluation results to create a comfortable, healthy and energy-efficient building intelligent environment for people.
