Chinese herb medicine abstracting is the most significant technique of Chinese herb medicine production. Because the Chinese herb medicine production is particular and complex, currently, the production is still in the situation of handcraft or partial automation in our country, resulting in the difficulty of accurate control of technique parameter. So in order to improve the precision and realize the intellectualization, there is the very necessity to reform the traditional Chinese herb medicine abstracting technique with modern supervisory computer control technology. This thesis starts to research directing toward the major problem of the realization of intelligent product line of Chinese herb medicine abstracting. This thesis includes these major contents:Firstly, on the base of analyzing the technique character of product line of Chinese herb medicine abstracting and requirement of control constitute the frame of intelligent product line control system. The system divides into management part and on-site control part, respectively basing on the IPC and PLC system compose the upper-lower computer frame. The on-site control part compose of multiple control units, that accomplish the independent control of control unit in the product line; by field control system, every control unit can realize interconnection or connect with upper-lower computer, thus the control of whole product line can be realized.Secondly, by taking the example of intelligent abstracting unit, the process of system design and realization is given. The lower controller is based on S7-200PLC and the configuration of the upper computer is based on MCGS, which can realize intelligent functions such as dynamic process simulation, formula management, data filing, alarm logging and so on. In order to make the on-site interact operation more convenient, the HMI technology is used to optimize the operation unit and the operation unit touchscreen interact system is developed basing on the Wincc configuration platform.Thirdly, directed toward the character of long temperature control channel and large time lag, which belongs to the jacket equipment such as extracting tank, an optimal program can realize parameter self-adjustment has been researched. This program is based on cascade control and integrates traditional PID with fuzzy control. Otherwise, the"La Wu Jia"technique extracting tank has been taken for example to be emulated by Simulink. The result proves that, comparing with the traditional PID control program, the optimal program can approximate the setting value faster; reduce the adjustment time more effectively; make the whole system stable; remove the overshoot; make both the dynamic and static performance more excellent.
