Have been reported for Chinese medicinal herbs in sulfur residue exceed the standard phenomenon,the conventional detection method of sulfur dioxide in Chinese medicinal materials more complicated steps,professionals need to be measured in the professional workplace for portable field test of Chinese herbal medicine sulfur smoked rapid identification instrument is rarely reported.In this paper,a rapid detection instrument for Chinese traditional medicine by using LED light source was developedFirst of all,the research work of this group is summarized.The absorption peak of ethanol extract of Lonicera japonica,and sulfur smoked sulfur fumigation besides,get the sample absorption of sulfur smoked with sulfur ethanol extract the same peaks,were 715 nm and 835 nm.In view of the existing source utilization rate is low,the power consumption of the light source,lithium batteries power the problem of low utilization rate of the detector,the circuit of the detector is optimized,mainly relates to a lithium battery group,light source,constant current drive circuit,voltage monitoring circuit.First of all,by adding XL6009 DC/DC(15 V)boost module,for the light source and constant current drive circuit to provide a constant voltage,to solve the problem of the lithium battery group working voltage range is large,there must be a redundant voltage.The use of booster module makes the lithium battery from6 reduced to 2,battery voltage from 16.5 V ~ 25.2 V to 5.5 V ~ 8.4 V,the lithium battery voltage changes is always able to provide 15 V power supply stability,improve the utilization rate of the battery power.Secondly,in order to avoid the damage caused by excessive discharge of lithium battery,the over discharge protection circuit is designed,and the power supply is cut off automatically when the battery voltage is lower than 5.6 V.Again,part of the light emission wavelength of 700 nm and 830 nm combined LED light source,halogen lamp instead of 12 V/20 W(350 nm ~ 1000 nm),greatly reduces the power consumption of light source,constant current drive circuit test,the load and input voltage change rate was less than0.2%.In addition,the utilization rate of the LED light source is improved by increasing the fiber lens and adopting the honeycomb structure light source.In this paper,the absorption peaks of absolute ethanol extracts from Chinese wolfberry and Codonopsis pilosula samples purchased from local pharmacies were tested.test results show that both sulfur smoked and known samples were consistent with sulfur smoked.Thetest results show that the instrument is expected to be used for identification of traditional Chinese medicines are sulfur smoked.
