Energy Saving Control In The Home-use Hot Water System By Single-chip Computer

The research object of this thesis is the home-use hot water system, which integrate the solar water heater and gas heater into a combined hot water supply system. The research goal is to save energy and save water in supplement of home-use hot water by means of installing backwater pipeline in parallel with the main hot water pipeline, as well as making use of single-chip computer to realize automatic control and certain intelligent control of home-use hot water supply system.Single-chip computer has a great use in home-use appliance, because of its small size, low cost and powerful functions. In this thesis a practical controller is designed by combination of single-chip computer, and pressure-enhancement pump, solenoids, and temperature senser and flow switch. It can realize the following functions: to set up and control the temeperature of backwater, to control exchange between solar water heater and gas heater, and to keep constant temeperature in certain period of time and safety protection.This thesis describes the hardware circuit design of the home-use hot water controller and programme design of the single-chip computer, in addition to give the results of simulation experiment to the designed controller.
