This paper analyzed the solar central heat collecting system,and designed the solar water heater control system and remote monitoring system.The paper designed two types of solar water heater control systems which were centralized heat collecting and water supply system and centralized heat collecting and heat store decentralized system.The first chapter illustrated background and present development situation of the project about solar water heater system and this issue’s main task.Then the second chapter introduced the whole structure of the solar water heater system briefly.Afterward the next chapter analyzes the central heat collecting system.The fourth chapter designed the solar water heater control system which was centralized heat collecting and water supply.The fifth chapter designed the solar water heater control system which was centralized heat collecting and heat store decentralized.The remote monitoring was introduced in the sixth chapter.The seventh chapter explained the design and using of control system.The two types of solar water heater control systems which are centralized heat collecting and water supply system and centralized heat collecting and heat store decentralized system share the solar heat collectors,but the latter has independent water tank in decentralized house.It gets heat from heat exchanger and provides hot water,its heat collector part and chamber water heater part are separate.The public portion of the two types of system,centralized heat collecting part,is controlled similarly,the former only uses a total control system but the latter adds household controller.The total controller detects the temperature of heat collector and pipeline,the household controller is used to control the household heat collecting water tank.The centralized heat collecting and water supply system,for example,its control section uses the CPU224 programmable controller of Siemens as CPU.The two analog acquisition modules EM231 are used to collect analogs like as temperature,water level and so on.Parameter can be set by the TD400,the LCD text display used to input and display.The centralized heat collecting and heat store decentralized system includes a PLC,the household controller connected with the host,temperature sensors,flow sensors,solenoid valves,circulating pumps,buffer tanks,household water tank.The household controller makes up of controller,household solenoid valves,electric heating devices of water tank and four temperature sensors.Its Control strategy use on-off modle which controls the speed and time of heat exchanger and time of electric heating according to the factors like as temperature,the measure of water demanded,heating ability and so on.System uses the exchange technology,full duplex and adaptive network for the remote monitoring.Network structure uses industrial Ethernet communication processor,Ethernet switches,FTP server.The industrial Ethernet communication processor adopts Siemens CP1613 in the PC node and Siemens CP243-1 in the PLC node. |
