With the application of all kinds of sensor technology in the heating industry, the application of the on-line monitoring technology of the heating system of our country has become more mature, and laid a solid foundation for the realization of The Internet of things in the heating industry.Through the assessment of the heating enterprise's energy consumption, the supervision department can realize the whole situation of heating enterprises, counties, cities or provinces energy consumption at all levels, find energy saving potential, and promote the heating enterprise's energy conservation work. Because our country has not had a unified method and standard in the assessment of heating energy consumption, according to energy conservation management theory and China heating enterprise's actual situation, constructing heating energy consumption evaluation system with Chinese characeristics combining the experience of energy conservation management in order to get better guidance to the development of the energy conservation work, is the problem of heating industry to be solved. This paper will do the following several aspects work:Firstly, in order to solve the closed question of the heating enterprise's energy consumption information under the environment of the internet of things, amd meet the demand of the supervise of the government at all levels and the assess of the situation of the heating enterprise's energy consumption, this paper use the relevant technology of Web Services to realize the information interaction of the heating enterprise information management systems based on the heating enterprise's monitoring system, so as to realize the energy consumption data transmission problem between the heating enterprises, in order to provide basic data for the assessment of the heating enterprise's energy consumption.Secondly, aiming at the energy consumption assessment problem of the heating enterprise, based on the theory research of the comprehensive evaluation system of heating energy consumption, from heating energy consumption evaluation characteristics and the requirement, this paper studies the evaluation index system of the heating enterprise's energy consumption and evaluation method, explores the establishment of heating enterprise's energy consumption comprehensive evaluation index system which is suitable for China, and uses AHP for the index weight's analysis, Linear weighted and function method ,Grey relation evaluation method and a method of comprehensive evaluation of the heating energy consumption based on BP artificial neural network for the situation's comprehensive evaluation of the heating enterprise's energy consumption, then longitudinally analyses the comprehensive results of heating energy consumption.Then, aiming at the analysis and design of heating energy monitoring and evaluation system under the internet of things, this paper analyses and designs the main functions of the system, business process, database and classes.Finally, aiming at the implementation and application of heating energy monitoring and evaluation system under the internet of things, this paper describes the main algorithms involved in the system and the implementation of key business component, shows the key operation interfaces. At last, this paper validates the assessment method of energy consumption presented by the test of the system's practical operation.
