With the concept of industrial 4.0,intelligent becomes the inevitable trend of industrial development.The Internet of Things as a combination of Communication technology,network technology and sensor technology will be the most important source of data with the trend of industrial intelligent.To meet the needs of industrial intelligent,the number of IoT equipments in industrial environment will gradually increase.And that must lead to greater amount of data.Therefore,how to effectively deal with such a large scale of data in industrial production has become a problem demanding prompt solution.According to the urgent need to deal with big data in industrial production and the characteristics of the industry big data,we design and implement a complete set of energy consumption data analysis platform for industrial production which has the characteristics of modularization and transportability.At first,this paper briefly introduces the current development of wireless sensor network and big data technology,and we express the urgent need for big data technology in industrial production and management and introduce the technology used in the energy consumption analysis platform.Then,we detailedly analysis the demand of users for data query and mining in the platform,and we design the three layers architecture model system with sensor network layer,big data layer and middleware layer.Then,we complete and deploy the sensor network layer.And we also complete the selection,deployment and optimization of highly available and scalable big data platform for industrial big data processing.Next,the paper studies and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the middleware layer according to the existing factory's conditions and users' requirements.And the modular design and implementation of the middleware layer are implemented.Finally,in the production environment and on the energy consumption big data analysis platform,we perform the query function and complex model data analysis function test,which proves the availability and effectiveness of the platform designed in this paper.At last,based on the enengy consumption data analysis results through the big data platform energy saving strategies are put forward.
