Against the global background of"wave of gray hair", our social security and economic supply for senior citizens have deserved more attention, but it seems weaker exploration of new media strategy against aging process. With the new media's penetration into our daily life, the new media technology can be regarded as an approach to solve body and psychological problems of the aged. The paper aims to study the relation between the new media and the aging society; to help the aged solve some practical problems. The main work and innovations include:First, the paper will study the different generation relation concepts of developed countries and China. The paper will study the distinction of the"relay"generation relation concept of developed countries and"regurgitation-feeding"generation relation concept of China; affected by the different concepts, the aged from developed countries are more independent than the aged from China, so they will study the new media easier than Chinese aged people. In addition, the paper will propose the new media strategies of developed countries have more innovations and personalities than strategies for the aged in Chinese.Second, on basis of theories and principles such as mass communication, the cognitive psychology, the human-machine engineering theory and the attention economy concept, the paper will analyze the general new media strategies of developed countries; explore the relationship between the above theories and the four new media strategies including publicity attention for the aged, the AIT strategy, the new media development specialization strategy and the professional product development for the aged.Third, the paper will group the aged according to their different body and psychological conditions. On basis of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, it is discussed the innate relationship between the personal new media strategies for the aged with both body and psychology healthy, the aged with body healthy but psychology unhealthy and the aged with body unhealthy and human's needs satisfaction.Finally, It is analyzed the feasibility of the new media strategies for the aged of developed countries used in China. It is proposed to develop the specific professional new media products for the aged based on Chinese traditional culture; to plan the mandatory AIT laws; to improve the education informationization for the aged; to build the"home care information services"in this paper.
