This paper studies the control engineering of production line process in Lunan MiningIndustry. Based on the analysis of the features of grinding process and dynamic characteristicof process control,the paper developed a suitable fuzzy intelligent control strategy.Ore-dressing process is complicated and non-linear, have many interference factors, highinertia, long delay time, strong coupling between variables, have time-variables feature anddifficult to use accurate mathematic model to express. Our state are among the latecomers inauto-control Grinding area where research work of ore-dressing auto-control began from70thmid/end, but the control angle of national developed system base on simple digit control orsingle-variable PID control, did not obtain breakthrough in intelligent control.Some MiningCompanies import foreign Grinding control system and over-reliance advanced mechanicalequipment, so it can not mix with national production status. In view of actual situation inore-dressing process, this project analysis the technics of ore-dressing firstly through controlsystem divided into three levels; total control loop, part control loop and key control loop. Forfirst and second levels, control method and control round are almost the same in wholeore-dress filed. The target of this project is to research and apply key control loop which canaffect the quality of ore-dressing. The key control loop is Grinding process, if fineness is notmuch, it will cause mineral grain not splitting. Selecting other target is not high, and thepower consumption occupied is40%-60%of the whole ore-dressing process hence, a goodGrinding control process of the company achieves Grinding process automatic control atsignificant energy conservation and increase in output and quality of the product.This project is a researched and applied key control loop in Grinding system where the objective is to increase the output and increase the grade production efficiency. The idea ofoptimizing traditional control is brought to improve market competitiveness and establishedFuzzy Logical control for Grinding. To achieve these objectives, the project proceeds fromthe actual situation, plot relevant data collection and analysis graph, according to FuzzyLogical Control requirement for software and hardware, adopting hardware filter method,software filter method and developing new time-relay module method. Base on this, usingintelligent control method to set a rule of Fuzzy Logical Control for control loop can affectthe PH indicator of mineral water. Control loop uses Fuzzy mathematics and Fuzzy reasoningin Ball Mill mining process where mining process is achieved in Fuzzy Logical Control.Control system which is already used in Lu Nan Mining Company, uses data of gradeand output close to product quality as the results prove the efficiency being very effectiveafter using auto-control, especially Fuzzy Logical Control as the objectives of this project isachieved.
