As branches of control law without model, Fuzzy control and Iterative learning control all can reach satisfactory for highly nonlinear time-delay complex dynamical systems.In this paper, Oeneralpurpose Fuzzy Controller based on the PLC module of B&R Industrial Automation Co., Ltd., Austria achieves prefer control function via the method of off-line inference and on-line interpolation bottom on Look-up table. Offline part provides friendly and simple operation interface, and various fuzzy parameter fields, variable subsets, fuzzy reduction and reverse fuzzy method can be selected easily. Look-up table is stored as data module. On-line part is a function block used conveniently. Look-up table and on-line part are loaded into CPU module. Generalpurpose Fuzzy Controller has complete functions and is easy to operate. So it can be used as one part of the industrial process control or a valuable associated software for analyzing and simulating control systems.Iterative learning control based on the study of robotic control adjusts control input repetitively with simple learning control algorithms, using input and output data of the previous operation over a fixed time interval, until perfect tracking is achieved. The objective of another part of this paper is to study how to design iterative learning controller for general control system with the theory of Iterative learning control in order to expend the application domain of Iterative learning control to more systems. Two methods of designing PID controller using anticipant input ud(t) and output yd(t) and track error ek+I(t) are put forward. The simulation experiment results show that two methods are very practicable and feasible.
