Now Auto Fair Collection (AFC) gained more applied in many area. According to the tourism industry feature we designed and developed this AFC system. It brings tourism companies many benefits. First, it efficiently improved the company's management flow, arising the working efficiency and quality, second, because AFC make use of network, the data and information could transfer and collect quickly , provide datum for managers' decision and plan; thirdly, ACF can convenient the passengers passing, and improve the company's effect , it represents advancement and fashion. The applied of AFC brings company's management great benefit in society and economic.This text mainly introduced development plan, inquire analysis and system design of AFC. We minutely surveyed and analyzed the current situation ,and compared with other AFC production, then chose the suitability data communication project, development technology and tools taken apart used widely, mature and reliable, preponderate in comparing with the capability and the price on the basis of the analyzing and comparing, and planed the function and aims of AFC system. Followed, we use object-oriented analyzing approach and UML modeling language , built up the model of inquire analysis. At last, we designed the system structure frame and module function frame, and propriety report forms.We also built up an ER module of the system and a physical design of the database on the basis of the database pattern tools ERWIN.The whole system has already been running since 2004 to recent at the Taishan Ropeway, the fact proves AFC system is steady and reliably ,the performance is satisfied. The system has achieved the anticipated goal, and has met the user's demands satisfactorily.
