In recent years, some large state-owned enterprises lifted the boom of formingmedia group.This paper briefly analyzes the development process and current situation ofmedia group belonged to large state-owned enterprises of China.At the same time, thisarticle discusses the main reason of rising of large state-owned enterprise media group,points out that there are five big challenges enterprise media group faced. Firstly,theresearch plan is not enough deep and detailed,the strategy is lack of scientific.Secondly, conflict of the mechanism and system exists between enterprise mediagroup and its parent company. Thirdly, the effect of brand communication isn't up tothe mark. Fourthly,the propagation force and influence waits for strengthening. Fifthly,It's difficult to exploit the market to get advertising.Also, this paper discusses the development countermeasures of large state-ownedenterprises media group. Firstly, Promote the reform and innovation of the key link ofthe mechanism and system. Secondly, Strengthen the enterprise brand influence andspread. Thirdly, Carefully build content products and promote attractiveness andcompetitiveness. Fourthly, Multi-pronged build a platform to win the right of industrydevelopment. Fifthly, innovate management modes in order to search new growthpath.
