With the rapid development of the society, increasing amount of social events been held thus makes security issue an important social concern. In such events of crowd, any sudden incident could create intensive gathering and panic which lead to uncontrolled security situation or even injury or death. Though many emergency preplans have been formulated by the management department, but most of them are described only by characters and pictures. And most of the plans are not tried or validated. It will cost huge manpower and material resources to inspection preplans in our real life. If we use computer to simulate the preplan, it will greatly reducing the cost, and meanwhile the results can be used by the management department. Therefore,the in-depth research to the evacuation is of great realistic significance and practical value.This paper describes the modeling approach of the three-dimensional scene simulation system, sums up the characteristics of the existing pedestrian evacuation model, associates with behavioral characteristics of pedestrians, and establishes the evacuation simulation presentation system which meet the demand of the management department for simulate the preplan .Three-dimensional modeling approach can solve the visual problem for plans and reproduce the people mass activities. It use micro-modeling based on agent to simulate the pedestrian to study the evacuation behavior of individuals. In the past, three-dimensional real multi-agent computing, there are many bottlenecks, such as performance issues, real-time simulation of dynamic changes in parameters and so on. Performance of a single computing cannot support three-dimensional real scene computing and multi-agent real parallel computing, and in large-scale mass activities, but it do not meet the needs of related management departments. So, in this paper, the simulation system is mainly divided into two parts, three-dimensional display system and pedestrian simulation system. The three-dimensional system provides many functions, such as create 3D models, 3D browsing, query, roaming and so on. The pedestrian simulation system adopting a high efficiency intelligent routing and collision detection algorithm, used to simulate emergency evacuation, it uses a more efficient way which contains both path finding and collision detection schemes to improve performance to meet actual needs. At the same time the real way of three-dimensional simulation displaying uses local area networks connection through SOCKET, which uses custom encrypted protocols for simulation of commanding in real-time. After testing, the program is good to meet the management needs and it provides a good technical support to some department for their escape displaying and analysis.
