Warehousing is an important part and plays a vital role in the modern logistics system,it is the focus of research and planning for many companies and factory owners. Reasonable and efficient storage can help companies accelerate the flow of goods, lower costs, protect the smooth production, and can achieve effective control and management of resources. In recent years, in the context of economic globalization and supply chain integration , more and more companies need the storage, which is a modern logistics system in the warehouse - it represents an activity or a process , the corresponding word in English is "warehousing" [1], which is to meet the needs of the supply chain , in a particular place, no matter tangible or intangible, to use the modern technology on the items out, inventory, sorting, packaging , distribution and information for effective planning, execution and control the logistics activities. Therefore, the "warehouse" is no longer the "warehouse" in traditional sense which only stores goods, "Warehouse", "warehouse management" in old days can not meet the needs of today's society, which emphasis on time and efficiency. With the virtual tour technology continues to evolve and improve, how to combine it with industrial demonstration, make full use of virtual tour technology in the field of warehousing and logistics applications; how to make logistics demonstration more real, more perfect, is currently a hot topic.This paper is from above perspective, summarizes the advantages and forms of industrial virtual tour, discusses the theory for realization of virtual storage and logistics systems, the key technology and design. The main study of this thesis based on the research of fundamental methods to realize Maya and Virtools industrial demo, logistics storehouse has been chosen as a practical reference model, which strongly supported the industrial demo of virtual logistics storage system.First, introduces the virtual reality logistics technology and warehousing system with a summary, explain the background and significance of the research. By reviewing national and international research, analysis the current problems of logistics and warehousing system, proposes the technical issues to be resolved and working arrangements. Then, combining Maya's animation and Virtools's control technology, propose the overall system design and system structure, and demonstrats each of the components in detail. (1) Modeling for logistics warehouse environment , all models built by the Maya, with a realistic virtual storage environment, the paper also introduces a forklift, conveyor belts and truck movements to simplify the model, achieve a basic motion simulation for storage and logistics systems . Using Virtools to describe the interactive features of warehousing and logistics. Simulate panoramic, roaming, following multiple vision, not only to ensure that the perspective of real-time control and realism, but also takes the processing capacity of the system hardware into account. The viewer can visually see workflow of storage and logistics system on the computer, and can achieve a series of activities in a virtual environment. Finally, evaluating the design and implementation of virtual logistics demonstration system, presenting self- point of view for future warehousing and logistics system integration and implementation of virtual roaming.
